10 Real Property Management Tool Real Property Management Tool Rollout 37 real property summary reports including: - Leases & Occupancy Agreements (GSA-assigned space) expiring in the next 5 years - Excess & Underutilized properties - Potential costs savings from disposals GSA & OMB jointly coordinate and initiate dialogue with agencies beginning in March 2015 to support the National Strategy Benefits: Highlights government-wide opportunities for potential savings through disposals, co-locations, consolidations Provides big picture for agency CFOs and decision-makers Supports PBS Consolidations Initiative, FIT program, TARs, etc. Improved Data Accuracy Demonstrates value add of FRPP data 10
