Locally embedded 5. Co operation 6. Innovation 7. Sustainability 8. Impact - Economic (infra tructure, jobs, market etc.) - Environmental - Climate - Social - Cultural Criteria for rating of projects (examples) Score 0-5 for each criteria Max rating = 40 = 100% Local criteria or sub-criteria can be added (weighting 30 %) If 2 local criteria= max rating 50 = 100%. Only projects with score > 75 % will be accepted and minimum score/criteria = 1
