Our technical support team build the template/s; just tell us what you require to give you the complete report. We can add mandatory questions that have to be reported on before moving to the next, item fields, reference numbers, pre-set questions with custom dropdown lists giving optional answers, graphs, charts, and geocoded, date/time stamped photos. Can the reports be branded? Yes with your company logo and colours. Can I import documents & photos from other sources? Yes, any scanned document or photo can be imported into a report. These can be sent to the device by , memory card or downloaded from a network or the internet. What type of device do I need to use the application? The TIM application has been developed for Android tablets & smart phones, IOS ipad / iphones, And Windows 8 devices. 7 or 10 tablets are recommended due to the larger screen and keypad. Smart phones should have a minimum 4 screen. The device needs a rear facing camera with a minimum 3 megapixel camera to deliver good quality photos, and 3G or Wi-Fi to submit the reports. Your data is stored on dedicated servers at a data centre located at Manchester Technopark. Our servers are all behind an Enterprise-Class Firewall and all data is backed up twice a day to two separate off site locations.
