Services include: nursing, home health, social work, pastoral, pharmacy, medical equipment, expressive therapist for children and teens, volunteers and grief counseling. ELIGIBILITY: Hospice of Central Kentucky provides services to any individual (and their family) who is struggling with any life-limiting illness or disease. Professional skilled medical care and compassionate support is provided to the patient and their family all within the home, hospital or nursing home setting. FEES: Hospice accepts payment for services from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. However, no patient that meets Hospice guidelines, is refused care for inability to pay. Intrepid, USA provides a comprehensive assessment by a Registered nurse and/or Therapist who coordinates all home health services. We work hand-inhand with the Physician, Referral Source and others to insure the best possible outcome for the home health patient, including: Skilled Nursing, Professional Therapists, Home Health Aides, personal care and homemaking. Intrepid can also arrange all equipment, respiratory, and infusion needs with a DME, Respiratory and Infusion Company. OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 24 hours a day/7 days a week on-call services.
