All materials and workmanship shall be of a uniformly high quality and performed in accordance with the very best standards of practice (in any event not less than the Authority's base building standards). Materials shall follow the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Guidelines, by USGBC. Refer to Exhibit A and Sections 4 and 10 of this Manual.
