5 How the Training Package Works Stage 1 Create your package - choose the eight courses most suited to your organisation s needs. Stage 2 Staff undertake your organisation s bespoke statutory and mandatory training package online in year one. Stage 3 In year two a refresher quiz will be automatically allocated to all staff who have already completed the full package in year one. If staff pass the refresher quiz and evidence competency, they will not need to undertake the full course again.
