Courses were delivered face-to-face, online, to distant sites with use of technology, and through a hybrid approach, a combination of the three approaches. I collaborated in development of simulation activities for students in maternalnewborn practicum. At the graduate level, I co-developed and co-taught an online interprofessional course on genetics for the health care professional. I also taught NP clinical courses. I continue to precept NP students in my clinical practice. Scholarship- I completed publications and professional presentations on genetics in health care and in education of health care professionals. Service- I served on community boards, including the Pocatello Free Clinic, and University and School committees, such as the University Student Conduct Board and School of Nursing Admission and Advancement Committee. I participated with nursing students in health fairs. I presented to community groups. I served as a student advisor for 10 students per academic year. Leadership- I served as Interim Assistant and Associate Director for Undergraduate Studies. I mentored adjunct faculty, teacher assistants, and junior faculty. Health care services include clinical decision-making that involves evaluating personal health history, physical assessment, including appropriate test results as necessary, leading to accurate diagnosis, and collaborating with the patient to implement evidence-based treatment/management of health conditions and improve outcomes. In my current position, I also participate in clinical policy and procedure revisions, collaborate with financial staff to ensure accurate coding, and supervise clinical staff.
