Our aim is simple, to provide the most engaged, driven and insightful communication to inspire donors to support our charity partners cause long term. We are quite small at the moment, but we won t be for long - we ve already been snapped up by 3 of the biggest charities in the UK and are growing at an extraordinary pace so this is your chance to be part of something big. 3 Job Title: Fundraising Campaign Lead Location: London & the South East Reports to: Operations Manager Key Working Relationships: Fundraisers, Operations Manager, Training Manager Salary: Annual salary 22,000 plus a quarterly bonus scheme Holidays: 20 days per year (plus Bank Holidays) General Information: Clear face-to-face fundraising was set up to change the world we work tirelessly to help our charities maximise their income so they can achieve their goals. All Clear face-to-face fundraisers work exclusively on ipads, loaded up with the most amazing videos and images straight from the charity they re representing. Main Responsibilities: To represent our partner charity, conveying key messages and campaigns to the public and potential supporters with the aim of securing high volume, high quality donors with low attrition rates. To support, guide and assist in the training and mentoring of a team of up to 12 Fundraisers. Attend private sites to engage with the public and gain support for the campaign through recruitment of new donors. To consistently exceed the targets set by the Operations Manager; this will normally be attaining 3 new donors per shift, per fundraiser, within agreed attrition levels. At the discretion of the Operations Manager, to assist with the recruitment and training of new team members. Providing extensive mentoring and on-going support of Fundraisers in your team, both over the phone and in person. To manage the arrival and departure of Fundraisers on site (usually remotely over the phone); to ensure they sign-in according to site regulations, deal with any issues that arise and leave the Fundraiser in a positive frame of mind when their shift begins. To monitor, support and react to live campaign statistics for your team using ipad and donor recruitment software. Provide accurate feedback, reporting back to Clear s HQ on fundraising activities and results.

4 To maintain regular contact with Fundraisers throughout each shift, provide motivation and support to help them meet targets. To pass any performance/disciplinary issues to the Operations Manager to resolve. To carry out additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager in support of the fundraising activities of the team and Clear Fundraising. To organise and manage small-scale events; this may involve carrying equipment to sites and setting it up, dealing with last-minute changes and adapting to these developments without disruption to the purpose of the event. Represent the campaign and Clear Fundraising in a professional and informed manner at all times, whether engaging with members of the public, charity staff & volunteers, or any other supporters. Carry out all of your responsibilities in line with the PFRA (Public Fundraising Regulatory Association) guidelines. Provide your own means of reaching agreed work sites with all necessary equipment. You will be expected to travel regularly to events across the South East. You will be reimbursed for all reasonable travel expenses, but there may be occasions where access to a vehicle is essential. The nature of the role will require working unsocial hours including weekends, Bank Holidays, early starts and some evenings. Occasionally you will be required to stay away from home to attend fundraising events in other parts of the country, or for training and conferences. Support and provide information to the public on key national and regional campaigns and PR initiatives for the partner charity Liaise with Clear Fundraising staff to develop your skills and knowledge in order to aid our fundraising success. Attend training and induction days as required. Identify new potential sites/events for fundraising. Other: Working as part of a small and focused central team, you will be expected to help and cover colleague s work areas as needed when necessary.
