3 Overview NPIN State Testing and Treatment Service Referral Widget Provides search access to NPIN Organizations that provide HIV/STD/Hepatitis/TB Testing and Treatment Service A widget in three different size with four different template are available The Configuration interface is an easy to use interface to customize the widget you want and generate widget code You can customize the widget only to search organizations located within your state Using the generated code the widgets can be placed on any partner website with zero cost to you Your target audience can use the widget to search for organizations directly from your website NPIN is dedicated to empower you and bridge resource gap by developing unique tools that best serve your need.

5 Create a Large, Full Page Widget Visit cdcnpin.org/webtools to view the three widget sizes available. Visit the CDC NPIN Web Tools page. Click the Create a Widget button to build your own widget.

6 Create a Large, Full Page Widget Complete the configuration form with your widget options: Select and Customize Your Widget Options 1. Under Choose a Size, select Large 2. Choose a color theme (red, green, blue, or brown) 3. Name your widget with a custom widget title and description 4. Select your location by state and enter the page URL your widget will be displayed 5. Select standard testing and treatment items, or customize options by disease area 6.
