5 Fully managed system support contract Developed for companies with little in-house IT expertise Fully Managed Services means that we take total responsibility for every single aspect of your IT infrastructure. We offer every single service mentioned on the pay-as-you go package including unlimited access to our technical support to resolve any problems. Includes unlimited telephone, remote support and free call out / onsite visit between normal business hours and if you need us during unsociable hours we will charge you a normal hours rate. Terms: You get free 10 Hours On-site visit each month in addition to the weekly on-site visit to make sure your computers are running as they should. Responsibilities Our responsibilities We will maintain and support your IT system. Additionally, we will: ü Ensure relevant software is installed as needed ü Respond to the support request as described in the document within reasonable time, in any case. ü Weekly system optimisation ü Do our best to resolve issues in an appropriate, timely manner. ü Maintain good communication with you at all times Your responsibilities The client will use the IT system covered by this contract as intended. Additionally, the client will: ü Notify us of issues or problems in a timely manner. ü Provide us with access to the equipment, software and services for the purposes of maintenance, updates and fault prevention. ü Maintain good communication with us at all times
