13 Gary Audin Gary Audin is the President of Delphi, Inc. He has more than 40 years of computer, communications and security experience. He has planned, designed, specified, implemented and operated data, LAN and telephone networks. These have included local area, national and international networks as well as VoIP and IP convergent networks in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia and Caribbean. He has advised domestic and international venture capital and investment bankers in communications, VoIP, and microprocessor technologies

14 Mayank Choudhary Director, Product Marketing Oracle, Inc. Mayank Choudhary is Director of Product Marketing at Oracle. He is responsible for establishing and executing marketing strategy for Oracle s Unified Communications Suite and the cloud solution. With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry much of it within the communications and collaboration segment, Mr. Choudhary is well versed in the business aspects of service providers and has driven adoption of communications and collaboration solutions at diverse and large operators and enterprises worldwide. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Choudhary held various positions encompassing all aspects of software development with emphasis on portfolio strategy and bringing new products to changing markets at various large companies. Mr. Choudhary holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science from University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Delhi.

15 Kathryn Condello CenturyLink Communications Director, National Security / Emergency Preparedness Resident Liaison to DHS National Coordinating Center (NCC) Senior CenturyLink Member DHS/NCCIC UCG Chair, Communications SCC Past Chair, NCC/Comms-ISC Kathryn Condello represents CenturyLink at the Federal level in all policy, planning and operational issues related to National Security, Emergency Preparedness, Disaster Response, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Continuity of Operations. In this role, Ms Condello Is the CenturyLink Industry Representative embedded within Department of Homeland Security National Coordinating Center (NCC), and former Chair of the NCC/Communications ISAC. Acts as conduit between the White House and CenturyLink CEO for national continuity of operations activities. Represents CenturyLink in all planning activities associated with the DHS National Infrastructure Protection Planning (NIPP) process, and is the current Chair of the Communications Sector Coordinating Supports CEO s role as Member of the President s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. Ms. Condello is an operations-focused leader within CenturyLink and the Communications Sector, with extensive, executive-level experience in managing and directing broad corporate and industry initiatives in the areas of strategic planning, policy development, government relations, network deployment/operations, and business marketing functions. Ms Condello has more than 15 years experience in industry level initiatives associated with national security, network reliability, and emergency preparedness programs, planning and policy initiatives. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from Loyola College, and served as a Principal Associate (Research Professor) with George Mason University s Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Ms Condello started her career in the public safety radio business, was one of the first commercial wireless pioneers, and gathered more than 20 years commercial wireless experience prior to joining CenturyLink. In 2001 Ms Condello was named by Wireless Week as one of the 25 Influential Women in Wireless for her work associated with wireless priority service.

16 Greg Flick Yealink Network Technology Co., Ltd. Greg Flick is based in the Atlanta area and has spent the past 25 years representing various technologies to Service Providers in general, as well as to members of the Cloud Communications Alliance. He has spent the past 9 years immersed In Cloudbased UC solutions offered by various CCA sponsors such as Polycom and Yealink. He is currently a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts for Yealink Network Technology Co., with overall sales responsibility for the Eastern United States. He earned an MBA from the University of Dayton and is an avid participant in a variety of sports and aviation endeavors.

17 Glenn S. Richards Glenn Richards is a partner and chair of the communications practice group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. He represents a wide range of communications service providers and investors, including voice over internet protocol (VoIP) providers, wireline and wireless telecommunications carriers, television broadcasters, equipment manufacturers, satellite operators, banks and private equity firms in transactional and litigation matters, and before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utility commissions and the International Telecommunication Union. Glenn also represents large corporate users of communications services in contract negotiations with their suppliers. Glenn is also Executive Director of the Voice on the Net Coalition ( Since 1997, VON has been educating state and federal policymakers about the benefits of Internet communications and the impact of regulation on this emerging technology. VON members include AT&T, Broadvox, Google, Microsoft/Skype, Nextiva, RingCentral and Vonage. 18 Andrew M. Shore Andrew Shore is a founding partner of Jochum Shore & Trossevin. He is also the Executive Director of the Owners Rights Initiative a group of 20 companies and trade associations promoting polices that ensure when you buy something, you own it. Previously, he was a Partner in the Washington, DC office of Mayer Brown LLP. As the Chief of Staff for the House Republican Conference, Mr. Shore was one of the senior advisors to the Congressional Leadership, a position that earned him accolades on the Hill and has led to regular quotes and appearances in the media since moving to the private sector. He has parlayed his experience as the Policy and Coalitions Director at the House Republican Conference into having a hand in several major private sector coalitions. Mr. Shore built and leads the Owners Rights Initiative which is a coalition of Internet resale platforms, libraries, retailers and others defending against control by copyright holders on downstream sales. He is one of the main advisors to the Digital Fourth Coalition seeking to ensure personal privacy for electronic communications against unwarranted government intrusion. He was the chief legislative strategist for NetCoalition in the campaign to defeat the so-called SOPA and PIPA Internet regulation bills. There he helped a small group of tech companies wage a political campaign against the massively funded movie, music and luxury goods manufacturers. Mr. Shore has extensive experience in the international space having guided a wide array of multinational clients through the political process. He and his partners led the preeminent coalition of US tire importers and distributors in opposition to tariffs on their products coming in from China. Additionally, he has advocated vigorously on behalf of the Antiguan gaming industry for a resolution of their governments World Trade Organization dispute with the United States on market access for gambling services. He works with Congress on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies to promote access to goods and services in the Trans-Pacific Partnership, monitoring and reviewing the implementation of trade and tax treaties and promoting new opportunities for bringing foreign goods to the US market. His public sector experience includes serving as Legislative Director to the Chairman of the Ways and Means Trade Subcommittee and advising the House Leadership on trade matters as Policy Director for the House Republican Conference. He has traveled and lectured in Serbia on behalf of the International Republican Institute assisting political operatives and elected officials in the development of communications and grassroots tools. Health policy is the area Mr. Shore has spent the longest portion of his career working in. Since his time as the senior legislative assistant to former Ways and Means Chairman Bill Archer, Mr. Shore has been involved in nearly every major health care debate. He was the staff architect of Medical (now Health) Savings Accounts, advised a working group on what became the Health Insurance Portability Act, and engaged on numerous regulatory and payment policy issues before the federal agencies. In the private sector he has worked in-house as an advocate for the American Medical Association and has represented biotechnology companies, physician groups and employers on health policy issues before Congress. He is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the District of Columbia, Supreme Court and Court of International Trade Bars. Mr. Shore is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the National Zoo. He was recognized as a top Congressional staffer by Roll Call and The Hill. During a brief hiatus from politics, he launched the tech startup HillZoo.com. A native of Glencoe, Illinois, and an honorary Texan, he and his wife, Cindi have two children and currently reside in Arlington, Virginia.

Mike Stacy, Senior Director, Global UC Architecture Mike is responsible for working with the world s largest and most innovative organizations to define solutions and strategies related to Unified Communications (UC) architecture, integration, and user experiences. Mike leads a team of specialists across a range of UC and networking technologies who work with customers to design solutions which meet their business and technical requirements. His team is also responsible for ensuring that customer feedback and innovative capabilities are fed into the product management organization for consideration in future product releases. In addition, Mike is responsible for Polycom s Global Experience Center program, where Polycom deploys, manages, and showcases industry-leading UC technology and solutions. Prior to joining Polycom in 2010 Mike was based in New York City where he managed and delivered UC consulting services for primarily Fortune 500 customers across the world. Previous to this he worked at Microsoft, where he held a variety of roles related to messaging and UC. Mike has also been repeatedly recognized by Microsoft as an industry leader for Microsoft Lync, receiving awards annually since 2009.
