The intent of this interview is to understand what your inmate's needs are, as well as to determine the best servicing packet available. Most consultations last about one (1) to one and a half (1 & 1/2) hours. Payments for consultations are due upfront. You are not obligated to purchase a packet from us. We understand often times you simply need guidance in the parole process. At this time we are not able to physically meet with inmates. However, we will work with a designated family member or friend. In addition we provide all details to you and to the inmate in writing after the consultation. Consultation includes: Pre-planning guide for your reference that contains the following: - Explanation of what the differences are between letter writing and a parole packet. - Explanation of what a self-written inmate letter should contain and the proper format to write the letter. - Explanation of what a support letter should contain and the proper format to write the letter. - Full explanation of all services available in each packet to help suit the inmate's need or interest. - Full disclosure of services. * Each parole packet package listed below for purchase contains different services. These services will be explained in our consultation paperwork. Full in depth interview to determine how we can assist you and the inmate. Includes a parole resource sheet for families. Explanation of how the parole board assesses factors for or against the inmate. Includes a post consultation checklist of necessary actions that should take place in the days, weeks, or months to come. Includes full packet pricing chart and contract should you choose to purchase one. Translated consultation forms available upon request. Secondary - Parole Packet Preparations (If the inmate purchases the "Max - Parole Packet Preparations Package" and is denied parole, we will prepare an updated packet for their next review for only the cost of material, printing, and shipping.) Secondary - Parole Packet Preparations $50.00 This service is only available for clients who have previously purchased a parole preparation service from us in the past. We will update changes and provide a new parole packet for review. Translation Services $10.00 per document We do not charge to speak to you in Spanish. The only time we charge a translation fee is if you request a document to be written from Spanish into English. Post Parole Consultations If the inmate has been reviewed for parole and was denied, you may submit a copy of the denial reason to us, so that we may help you determine future preparations for the next parole hearing. This service is free if you paid for a consultation or purchased a preparation service from us. 5 Miscellaneous Requested Services If you see an item in one of our packages that you would like to purchase individually you may make a request in writing or by . We will be happy to assist you if at all possible. We will inform you in written form of our prices. If you have a specific administrative need related to parole, that we do not currently have listed please make your request in written form and we will try to assist you in providing your service need or locating assistance for you. All pricing request for additional services will be given to you in written form. Installment Plans $5.00 If you are interested in setting up an installment plan we charge a one time non-refundable fee. This fee will be added on your payment contract. Please be advised we offer a payment schedule dependent upon both the parole deadline and the product purchased. We do not extend installment plans less than 6 months prior to your parole date. If you are interested in purchasing a parole preparation service, please make contact with us for a consultation. Please DO NOT send payment until you have been scheduled for a consultation date.
