Service and Liability Mechanical devices are designed to perform reliably. In spite of the care exercised in design and manufacture, it is impossible to eliminate malfunctions due to ordinary wear and tear and to random component failure. Accordingly, Cordis Corporation agrees that when such product is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions, it will, at its option, replace or repair the unit on a no-charge basis for 90 days following the date of purchase.
