Over the years it has grown from a modest beginning into a global recruiter and provider of personnel, with offices in locations ranging from the United States to the Philippines, UAE, Iraq, and Australia. with work permits and visas, handling complex tax issues, and cultural considerations. 3 Divisions The AIM Group Inc. comprises five divisions, each of which specializes in the recruitment and placement of distinct categories of personnel, and which generally deal with specific types of clients or industries. This means our account managers are very familiar with the environments candidates and clients are dealing with, and allows them to form solid professional relationships with all their business associates. Professional Consulting Services The AIM Group s Professional Consulting Services division is a leader in providing both public and private sector clients with highly qualified consultants to assist with a broad range of highlevel initiatives. The Professional Consulting Services division is quickly becoming one of the Government of Canada s most trusted providers of quality consultants and professional services, as demonstrated by the level of satisfaction instilled in our clients by the numerous successful placements and contracts the division has undertaken in recent years. Information Management / Information Technology In the increasingly technology-focused world of business, Information Management and Information Technology resources are becoming ever more indispensible for public and private sector workplaces alike. The AIM Group s IM/IT division specializes in the recruitment and placement of IM and IT professionals. We work closely with our clients to provide efficient and effective solutions, and we familiarize ourselves with our consultants in order to offer them opportunities where their valuable and highly sought-after skills can be put to use meeting new challenges.

In light of this, The AIM Group s HR Capital Management division offers senior HR consultants who have decades of valuable government experience at a fraction of the cost of other major capital management solution providers. Engineering and Technical The Engineering and Technical division supplies personnel in a range of disciplines for both temporary and permanent assignments. Administrative & Clerical Services The AIM Group s Administrative & Clerical Services division was created specifically to serve the Federal and Provincial governments as well as private clients in the National Capital Region. 6 Partnerships In 2006, The AIM Group became a key player in the Aboriginal Staffing Industry with the incorporation of our partner company, Adirondack Information Management Inc. By partnering with Adirondack, we increase The AIM Group s ability to offer clients the services they require, and we bolster the presence of Aboriginal businesses in the staffing industry. Not only do clients appreciate our dedication to finding the perfect fit, we are also approached regularly by other staffing agencies to assist with their recruiting initiatives. Community Involvement Corporate social responsibility and citizenship are very important to The AIM Group, and because of this we have participated in community events for many years: Since 2007, The AIM Group has been an active participant in the CHEO BBQ Ultimate Frisbee & Volleyball Tournament. Each year, the tournament has raised tens of thousands of dollars and has gathered increasing support and donations to help the kids at CHEO. The AIM Group is a proud sponsor of the Government Of Canada s United Way Campaign. Each year we participate in events and fundraisers with various departments to raise money for donation to the United Way. The AIM Group recently sponsored The Cameron Smith Friendship Tournament, assisting underprivileged youth play recreational hockey. In 2010, the tournament reached its $100,000 goal; we are honoured to have helped achieve this.

8 Federal Government Procurement Vehicles The AIM Group has been a leading supplier to the Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Governments of Canada since We are an approved supplier of senior management consultants and services through these Standing Offers (SOs) and Supply Arrangements (SAs): TASK AND SOLUTIONS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TSPS) SO FILE No: EN /214/ZN SA FILE No: (TIERS 1 & 2): E60ZN /206/ZN SOLUTIONS SA FILE No: E60ZN /089/ZN TSPS is a new procurement vehicle for task- and solutions-based HR Services, Business & Change Management Services, and Project Management Services. TSPS comprises a Standing Offer, Supply Arrangement, and Solutions SA; The AIM Group is qualified under all three and is authorized to provide services under Tiers 1 and 2 of the SA. TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) SO FILE No: EN /127/EI SA FILE No: EN /300/EI TBIPS is used mainly to procure IT-related services and comprises five classes: Technology Services (Geomatics Services, Application Services, and IM/IT Services), Business Services, and Project Management Services. The AIM Group holds a TBIPS SO and SA. TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES (THS) SO FILE No: EN /111/ZT SA FILE No: EN /235/ZT Federal Government departments and agencies in the National Capital Region use THS to procure temporary help services. The AIM Group holds a SO and SA for all five THS classes: Office Support, Administrative Services, Operational Services, Technical Services, and Professional Services. PS ONLINE PS Online is an automated purchasing tool used by Federal Government departments to determine which potential suppliers can best provide the required consultants.
9 DFO - ATIP SERVICES STREAM 1) FILE REVIEW SA FILE NUMBER: FP /A8 This SA authorizes The AIM Group to provide senior ATIP resources to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans on an as and when required basis. PSU PROJECT CONVERSION INITIATIVES SO FILE NUMBER: This SO will be used for the procurement of services on an as-and-when-required basis to assist with the conversion of PSU projects to the new Field Support Services project model under Work Stream 2. This is expected to involve the identification of problematic issues surrounding the conversion and research aimed at finding solutions. Provincial/Territorial Government GOVERNMENT OF NUNAVUT - HR TRAINING SERVICES SOA This Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with the Government of Nunavut pre-qualifies AIM to provide a variety of HR personnel when required. This includes Job Description Development, Organizational Structure Analysis, HR Performance Evaluations, and Policy Development. Municipal Government CITY OF OTTAWA TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL IT RESOURCES SO FILE NUMBER: S01 This SO for the provision of IT Resources will be used to source a wide variety of technical services, including Business Technology Architecture and Planning, IT Security, Business and Enterprise Solutions, and Desktop Support. CITY OF OTTAWA TEMPORARY HELP AND TESTING SERVICES SO FILE NUMBER: S01 This SO is for the provision of various temporary help services, such as clerical support, administrative assistants, data entry operators, and general labourers. It is valid for at least two years, with an additional two year option period.
