We look forward to having you join us for this event. Following are important instructions for all attendees. Please read them thoroughly and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you prepare for this event. Professional Development Day Courses Your Registration for an Aquatic Therapy Professional Development Day in Marshall, MI is confirmed. Whether you registered online, or by mail/phone/fax, your packet includes: Information pertaining to the event location (map, directions, area hotels, restaurants and airports). Itinerary Financial Statement Please take a moment to review these documents carefully and notify us immediately of ay errors. Please keep in mind that this schedule is subject to change. Please be certain to take you Registration Confirmation with you to the event. This is the only schedule of classes that you will receive. Meals ATRI will not be providing meals for this event. You are encouraged to bring your own meals/snacks if you wish. What to take with you Depending on which course you attend, you may be in and out of the water numerous times. Your pool will be indoors. Be sure to take suits and towels. You may also want to bring a lock in case lockers are available. The facility will not be providing towels. Please be cautious of carrying large amounts of cash with you and do not leave valuables with your clothing or towel when you are in the pool.

Lodging A list of hotels near the Oaklawn Sports Rehabilitation Center is included on the facility information sheet. EARN WHILE YOU LEARN! Continuing Education Credits Numerous therapy and aquatics-related organizations accept our courses and award credit as appropriate. A CEC Record sheet will be available to you at Registration as proof of attendance. You may use the course descriptions from you Registration Brochure as needed to obtain credit. Speakers The goal at our events is to provide you with an in-depth learning experience with the industry s leading experts. We re proud to offer a variety of speakers, topics, and opinions. Use the information you learn to make your own therapy programming decisions based on your experience and personal choice. Substitute speakers with alternative topics will be used in the event of a scheduled speaker s cancellation. Cancellations All registration cancellations must be sent in writing via mail or fax to ATRI. Your registration fee may be transferred to another upcoming ATRI event or you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfers are one time only. If you cancel completely prior to the event, you must do so 30 days in advance. Your registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee, will then be refunded within 30 days after the event. Refunds will not be given to no-shows after the conference or to anyone who fails to meet the 30-day deadline. If you have any questions, please contact the ATRI office.
