3 3 Tariffs for BanksRespondents SECTION 1. General provisions This «Tariffs of commission fee for the services of correspondent accounts keeping for BanksRespondents (hereinafter Respondents) in Russian rubles and foreign currency» (hereinafter Tariffs) shall apply to all standard services provided by International Money Transfers «LEADER» for Respondents in the framework of the concluded agreements on opening and maintaining of correspondent accounts. For execution of nonstandard operations and services International Money Transfers «LEADER» charges a fee as agreed with the Respondent All the operations on the Respondent's account shall be made in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation Along with the payment of basic services of International Money Transfers «LEADER» on the rates provided for by the present Tariffs, the Respondents, if necessary, shall reimburse in full the costs associated with the payment of remuneration amounts to the bankscorrespondents by International Money Transfers «LEADER», the commissions of third banks, levies, duties, insurance, and payment of the telecommunications, postal and other expenses (if any). On the possible additional costs International Money Transfers «LEADER» notifies the Respondents beforehand in the oral form The amounts due to International Money Transfers «LEADER» from the Respondents for rendered services, stipulated by the present Tariffs, as well as the amount of remuneration of the BanksCorrespondents and the commission of the third banks, are written off from the account of the Respondent by International Money Transfers «LEADER» without additional order based on previously received acceptance of the Respondent. With the shortage of funds for the payment, the amounts owed by the Respondents, can be written off by International Money Transfers «LEADER» without orders from any of the Respondent's accounts opened with International Money Transfers «LEADER», based on previously received acceptance of the Respondent Cash funds for the rendered services, shall be calculated and charged in the currency of the account, or in Russian rubles (recalculation is performed at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia on the transaction date), or in any other foreign currency at the crossrate, calculated on the basis of the rates of the Bank of Russia as at the transaction date. Fee collection is made in day of carrying out of operations on the correspondent account of the Respondent In the cost of certain services value added tax is included subject to deduction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Operations and services, the revenues from which are subject to VAT, are marked with [VAT].

All operations with letters of credit on the Respondent's account are carried out only under a security payment International Money Transfers «LEADER» refuses to execute the Respondent's orders on the transaction, which is not presented with the documents, necessary for fixing information in accordance with the provisions of the Federal law of the Russian Federation from FZ «On combating legalization (laundering) of the incomes received by criminal way, and terrorism financing» International Money Transfers «LEADER» reserves the right to unilaterally amend or cancel the validity of these Tariffs. Information about the Tariffs modification shall be notified to the Clients for 10 working days prior to the enactment of Tariffs, and also placing the information on the website International Money Transfers «LEADER» reserves the right to reject the payment order in the case, if the Client of the Respondent, or the beneficiary of the payment is registered in the territories of the States, specified in Addendum 1 to the present Tariffs.

Respondent s payment orders in favor of the clients of International Money Transfers «LEADER» in a currency different from the currency of the account are carried out on the same day, if the time of the receipt of payment documents correspond to the time specified in the table of paragraph 2.1. of the present section. 2.4.When buying/selling the assets in a freelyconvertible currency at the rate of International Money Transfers «LEADER», the day of crediting funds to the Respondent s account is the current day, if the order for buying/selling the currency is accepted by International Money Transfers «LEADER» before hours Moscow time. For orders accepted after Moscow time, crediting of funds on the Respondent's account is performed not later than the next banking day.
