2 TD Azlan UK Business Solutions Centre TD Azlan has developed a Business Solutions Centre (BSC), a multi-purpose resource facility based in our Heathrow office. Whether you are looking for hardware, software or a total solution, TD Azlan has developed a live laboratory environment that enables our partners to model, benchmark and evaluate a combination of best-of-breed technology solutions. With our extensive capability and deep domain knowledge, we can also help you to design and deliver end to end solutions from pre-sales support through to infrastructure optimisation and life-cycle management. With over 1 million of operational product available to utilise in the UK, the UK BSC provides you with one location where you can utilise all the facilities including a brand new technology lab, customer briefing suite, multi-function meeting and training rooms with reception. The Centre is also accessible remotely or via webinar for customers who are unable to access the Heathrow location. 3 UK BSC Services The UK BSC offers a number of opportunities for our partners and vendors: Demonstration workshops Technology workshops allow you to bring your end users into the Centre (or access the technology remotely) to see live demonstrations on a single technology, several technologies together, or a live solution demonstration. Proof of technology We can offer proof of technology and concepts to you and your end users which can be a valuable tool to shorten the sales cycle and also a lead-in to expanding the sales opportunity. These sessions are designed as a proof point that the solution under consideration will work in the end user s environment. briefings These sessions are designed as exploratory workshops, and give end users the ability to experience a number of technologies and to evaluate the benefits of each, also to look at different technologies working alongside each other. Our skilled Azlan consultants are on hand to demonstrate the solutions, answer any questions you or the end user may have and identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner enablement We are able to deliver training to you in our BSC facilities on new vendor technologies and solutions and to provide knowledge transfer; enabling you to take the vendor messaging out to your end users with the knowledge you can use the Centre to support your sales cycle. Seminars and events The Heathrow BSC is a great location to host your seminars and events. Just off the M4 motorway it is located in an easily accessible location for all. The BSC offers you the ability to host your own events including personalised branding of the centre. You can see the technology in action in the technology lab, as well utilise a multi-function meeting room and customer briefing suite. Consultative engagements We have a team of highly skilled consultants widely available to help you and your end users. These sessions are designed as a technical deep dive into a chosen technology or solution; and can be used in conjunction with the Channel Practice service. Channel Practice offers a wide range of specialist consultancy services and support to our partners through the entire sales and support lifecycle.
4 The TD Azlan BSC Network The UK BSC is linked to other facilities in Europe including France, the Netherlands and Sweden creating the TD Azlan BSC Network The European BSC network represents a multi-million pound investment from Tech Data to develop a purpose-built demonstration facility. By connecting the Business Solutions Centres together, we expand our demonstration capability to a broader range of technologies and benefit from shared expertise. Demonstrations are available live in the centre, remotely from our other centres, via webinar and also directly from your own premises or an end user site.
