3 VACUUM AND CHARGING UNITS Refrigerant service station equipped with: single stage or dual stage vacuum pump for high grade of vacuum, graduated charging cylinder with pressure gauge, with (or without) vacuum gauge and with (or without) built-in heater in order to speed up refrigerant charging, pulse-free manifold gauges, long flexible hoses with ball type check valve in order to trap refrigerant and avoid loss and spillage into atmosphere. A service ball valve, on manifold gauge set, allows additive or lubricant refilling or linkage to a separate vacuum gauge (trolley unit only). 6 WATER CHILLER Water chiller unit for indoor installation, with water condenser or with remote air condenser, for medium temperature uses. The unit is composed by a steel frame that contains: hermetic compressor, refrigerant circuit, plate type evaporator. Finned coil type condenser with axial fans, electrical panel and hydraulic module components like insulated storage tank, circulation pump, safety valve and expansion vessel. MA0900/E26/006 SERIES DRINKING WATER COOLERS EVAPORATIVE COOLING TOWER Drinking water coolers are used in workshops, laboratories and classrooms for the supply of cooled water. Thanks to the very easy connection to the water line and thanks to the use of stainless steel in all parts in contact with water, the drinking water cooler delivers water not contaminated by ferrous materials. These water coolers can be also useful in maintenance workshops for practicing in maintenance and repair jobs. The drinking water cooler is complete with hermetic compressor with forced air condenser. Nowadays industrial processes require control of temperature and cooling systems so cooling towers are becoming a fundamental part of many plant installations. A cooling tower is composed by a plastic frame filled with packing material. Water is forced to flow up-to-down inside the tower and, through sprying nozzles, air is intaken by a fan from down-to-up. Cooling is achieved by evaporation of a small percentage of the water within the tower.
