5 CUSTOM EVENT WEBSITE Having a custom website managed by our team that you can direct your guests to, will increase the professionalism of your event, and make the registration process seamless. The website allows you to highlight your key sponsors, provide all the information for the day s event, create hype about your silent and live auction with sneak previews of items, & easy communication with all registered participants. 5

6 PRINT COLLATERAL The first impression is your last impression. With a customized detailed and classy invitation you will be sure to get the attention you need. We can use our templates or customize your packages to be in line with your events branding, and create the wow factor from the get-go. 6

7 PROGRAMS & PASSPORTS The Invitational program will be on a silk card stock, and all contents in the program are to be custom designed. A design plane/ template will be created so that all pages will flow within each other. The program is a great way to highlight all of your sponsors and provide more exposure for their branding. You can also highlight any live auction pieces or raffle items you might have. Rather than having your golfers sticking their hands in their pocket on the course, give them the option to purchase a Passport. It allows golfers to pay one up front donation which gains them entry into your on course contests and raffles. 9 FOURSOME PHOTO OPTIONS The best way to capture the memories of your event is through foursome photos that your guests can take home with them. Great ways to subsidize the cost of the photos are by providing the option to your sponsors to add their logo to the personalized plaque. This will ensure that their sponsorship will last beyond the day of the event and will help them gain maximum exposure for their brand. 9

10 ON COURSE EVENTS Beat the Belle Competition We wanted to take a creative approach to the ordinary Beat the Pro competition and re-invent it with a twist. Instead of having a certified CPGA professional on a par 3, we have one of our female golfers on the hole competing against your guests. Guests find this approach less intimidating and a more fun and friendly on course activity. A portion of proceeds raised will be given to your chosen charity. Hole In One When you want to attract more golfers and sponsors to your golf event, you need to offer great hole-in-one contests and prizes. DreamWorld hosted hole-in-one prize programs are exactly what your tournament needs to enhance the tournament experience for your participants. Eliminate the stress of organizing volunteers and co-ordinating various prize opportunities. Have your golfers welcomed at specialty par three holes with personalized attention. Some charities we work with have an existing silent auction in place, but need to supplement their selection of merchandise. For these groups, we can provide a spectacular mix of sports and entertainment items to create a buzz at the event. We provide organizations with silent & live auction items on a no-risk profit basis. Our staff will attend your event, set up the display, monitor the auction, close the bid sheets, collect the funds and return to your organization 100% of the funds over and above the minimum bid amount. 11
