Since our inception in 2009 we have methodically built our foundation based on sound principles that are in alignment with our mission and values as an organization. The market for turnkey art procurement services is large and because there are no dominant players in the industry we are already considered a leader. Our staff at Corporate Art Force has backgrounds and experience in the industry that is as impressive as you will see anywhere. The support structure that we continue to develop and perfect for our Art Consultants is designed for the highest probability of success and continued growth. 4 ABOUT CORPORATE ART FORCE In 2009 General Finance and Development, Inc. (OTC Markets: GFDV) purchased the assets of a distressed art consulting business. The employees were then provided with the opportunity to participate in forming the foundation for what is now Corporate Art Force. We believe that what artists create is an asset that when matched to an organization s mission, brand and objectives provides both an intrinsic and a potential real return on investment (ROI). We are located in the heart of the Northeast Minneapolis Minnesota Arts District and are currently the largest arts based employer. Since our formation we've delivered more than 17,000 pieces of artwork to more than 150 clients in 42 states and Canada. We are the originators of the SmartArt Program The Smartest Way to Manage Your Art Assets. Markets served include Enterprise Organizations, Small and Medium Size Organizations, Healthcare, Educational Institutions and Special Projects. At Corporate Art Force, we share the belief that when carefully selected, framed and installed, artwork has the ability to serve many valuable functions that far exceed decoration. An organization's environment is a reflection of who they are, and what they value. Our team is comprised of the most qualified individuals in the industry, possessing an appropriate blend of creative and business process skills. All of our Art Consultants are enrolled in our proprietary Certification Program that includes an internal curriculum of art education and principles of business consulting. External continuing education is also required to maintain the Certification. 4

8 TRAINING AND SUPPORT We created the Corporate Art Force Success Institute with the objective of Maximizing the Human Potential of every individual who participates in the education and training sessions. You will learn Success Principles that are proven fundamentals developed by internal professionals, outside experts and programs recognized world wide. We have developed a proprietary Consultative Selling Skills program modified exclusively for our Art Consultants. You will learn how to effectively network with the influencers and partners in the industry and how to successfully lead clients through our process. The Art of the Business education and training lead by our own staff who have extensive experience and qualifications in the field. We provide the opportunity for Management and Leadership Development for career growth and advancement. We have effective Technology and Marketing Systems that are integrated into our website for art selection and design and an extensive data-base of existing clients, prospective clients and projects that are identified and managed on an ongoing basis by our Business Development Staff. Our Business Development Staff have successful experience in identifying, pursuing and executing agreements with the largest organizations in the U.S. Leadership Support is provided by your Lead Art Consultant who has proven success as an Art Consultant and is your main report person and mentor. 8

9 COMPENSATION & BENEFIT PROGRAMS The compensation program for our Art Consultants is designed to allow for unlimited earnings. A Flex Marketing Account is established with company contributions based on sales revenue. Company contributions to health insurance are provided along with a company wellness program and employee stock purchase program (ESSP). Incentive Programs for awards such as national conferences are being designed for Next year s conference is being scheduled to coincide with the Artexpo - Miami in December.
