This covers not only advice on material antitrust law aspects, such as cartels, abuse of market power and cooperations, but also strategic advice on all merger control-related issues. Our services include: drafting and negotiating contracts under antitrust law aspects, with a special focus on distribution contracts and rebate systems, planning of cooperations, either as a structural joint venture or on a contractual basis in various industries, review of existing and development of new antitrust law compliance programs and preparation and notification of national, European and multijurisdictional merger control filings. We help our clients to identify state aid law risks, make the necessary changes to specific measures or notify subsidies in order to ensure compliance with state aid law and to avoid negative legal as well as economical consequences.
