Project design choices Realization of two independent plants: The Italian Decree (DM «FER elettriche») stipulates a significant decrease in the feed-in tariff for the following biogas production categories: 300 kw e 600 kw e kw e FOS and FORSU deliver different output quality: FORSU delivers a high quality fertilizer (COMPOST) FOS delivers waste bound to be discharged at landfill site Necessity to create two independent plants for FORSU and FOS.
