10 FICC & Principal Investment Our FICC and principal Investment (FI-PI) business primarily consists of trading and investing, fixed-income distribution, debt capital markets, product structuring, fixed income research and futures brokerage. It is a comprehensive platform that covers all asset classes with capabilities in risk-taking and hedging, client trading and services, products design and distribution, as well as cross-border executions. Through extensive sales coverage on a diverse and growing client base, we support fixed income securities underwritings, and provide high quality trading opportunities and research analysis to our clients. With an emphasis on clients needs driven innovations, FI-PI is a one stop customized solution provider catering to our clients overall investment, financing and risk management needs. Research Research s (RS) mission is to provide domestic and overseas clients with the most forward-looking investment analysis, derived from rigorous and independent professional research on a global platform. Currently PF has three investment product lines - CICC Oversea Developed Market PEFOF, CICC Qianhai Fund and CICC MHL Logistics Properties Fund with capital under management around RMB 20 billion. PF aims to serve the clients who need global asset allocation and alternative investments. Wealth Research Wealth Research (WR) of CICC was founded in early 2010 to give a widespread support to the business needs of Wealth Management Department. Combining company-wide research capability, we provide research analysis on financial products, to support asset allocation need of high net worth individuals and corporate clients. CICC Fund Management Co., Ltd CICC Fund Management Co., Ltd (CICC Fund) was founded in February 2014, wholly owned by CICC.
