Designing Your Calendar We understand that every organization is unique. This is why Wellworks For You will design a custom wellness program specific to your employees needs. All Wellworks For You programs are custom tailored to the client and the employees. The programs will be chosen to help improve the health of your employee population. Wellworks For You will work one-on-one with your onsite Wellness Team to further develop wellness initiatives you currently have in place. EXAMPLES OF INCENTIVE STRATEGIES Points To Wellness Points To Wellness allows an organization to creatively design a program of events for the year, while associating a certain amount of points to each event. The employee must reach a certain point goal to receive their incentive at the end of the wellness year. Companies often institute a minimum participation requirement in order for the employee to become eligible for the incentive. For example, the employee must complete their Health Risk Assessment and Annual Preventative Exam before the end of the year. While the individual may accumulate the necessary points to earn the incentive, if they do not meet the minimum requirements, they will not receive the incentive. This ensures the employees will participate in certain events. Developing Incentives Our Incentive Management Programs are carefully designed around your employee population. We will work with you and your consultant to help strategize the creation of funds, premium contributions and other incentive approaches.
