25 Desktop on the IBM Cloud -- Contract Terms Trials Three (3) month term, renewable for an additional 3 months No startup/one-time charge. Boarding period of 30 days. Bronze, Silver, or Gold VMs. VPN required (in order to connect to customer Active Directory and data/applications) Regular contract Contract term is 36 months No startup/one-time charge Boarding period of 60 days. Charges do not start until boarding is completed. Contract changes The number of virtual desktops in the contract can be reduced by 20% without penalty.
