We ve teamed up with industry-leading companies to offer specialty products and services you can pair with your medical benefits. Combining Independence Blue Cross (IBC) medical plans with specialty services creates a more diverse product portfolio, giving your company an advantage in the marketplace, with the ability to attract and retain the best employees. Offering these products may also help maintain the stability of your business by helping to protect one of your most valuable assets your employee s wellness and financial stability. 3 Dental plans Affordable, cost-effective dental care can help members improve and maintain their oral and overall health. All dental plans include a large network of dentists, and members never need a claim form when using a participating provider. Plus, dental plans are designed to encourage prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment. DHMO dental plans Your employees choose a primary dental office (PDO) in the DHMO network to coordinate all of their care and specialty referrals. Preventive services like oral exams and cleanings are covered once every six months, with little to no copayment. A host of other services like X-rays, fillings, root canals, oral surgery, crowns, bridges, and dentures are also covered under the plans, with members responsible for a copayment per service. All DHMO plans are employer funded and members have no deductibles and no annual maximums. Groups can choose to add one of the following dental plans to their benefits: Keystone Basic Dental Exams, cleanings, X-rays and fillings are 100 percent covered after an office visit copay. Keystone Value Dental Exams and cleanings, and fluoride treatments for children under 19 are 100 percent covered after an office visit copay. Concordia Plus Plans are comprehensive and emphasize prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment. Preventive services are covered with little to no copayment. PPO dental plans We also offer access to a broad range of United Concordia PPO dental products. All programs include a comprehensive network of dentists, and members never need a claim form when using a participating provider. The programs also put a strong emphasis on prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment. Choose from one of these affordable options: Concordia Preferred PPO plans provide in-network and out-of-network benefits. Concordia Flex Traditional PPO plans provide the same coverage levels for in-network and out-of-network services. Both PPO products provide coverage for preventive, diagnostic, basic, major, and orthodontic services. Members can choose to receive services from any dentist but can save significantly when they see a network dentist. In addition, members can receive discounts on non-covered services from participating network dentists.
