Merchants have the ability to create or edit their advertisements 24/7 Ads are served when a matching merchant advertisement is available The creative image to be injected Images must be 240x320 pixels and jpeg, Gif, or PNG file format Ad served when a matching merchant Ad is available. A default failover system that activates when a shopper receives an Error page such as a 404, invalid URL, a page without readable content, or if the behavioral engine cannot match and serve a related advertisement from a Merchant/Advertiser Default Ad PopOvers are served only when no matching merchant advertisement is available. Paid advertising locations and Ad sizes are identified on the pages consumers visit. If a matching size ad image is found from the Ad PopOver image pool, it is overlayed in a special layer displayed between the consumer and the webpage the consumer is viewing. The system automatically appends to every Coupon Code a prefix code (PS) that allows merchants to measure sales volume coming from PS Mobile Marketing platform There are five different deal states used to determine Ad priority: Hot Deal, New Deal, Featured Deal, Expiring Deal, and Standard Deal. Hot and New deal priorities override Featured, Standard, and Expiring Platform correlates and serves matching advertisements from merchant advertisements based on the consumer s behavior while on the PS Mobile free Wi-Fi Merchants specify their top five competitors and the platform provides the opportunity to reach the potential customer with a matching or better offer before they purchase online Platform provides targeting by device manufacturer, browser brand, and device operating system messages can be sent through the system as a special announcement to all system Shoppers (General Users), Merchants, and/or Admin Users Used for special announcements/offers. Bulk Text messages are sent to registered Shoppers only. Text messages are Carrier limited to a max of 160 characters Merchants select the link Manage Reviews from within their account interface. The Window can be minimized down to an Icon at the bottom of the browser window Two barcode generators are provided. One is within the advertisement creation area and the second one is under the Merchant Widgets & Tools area. Displays merchant s icon on the home screen of mobile phones and devices. Then they can be automatically connected the next time they visit the same location or other locations in the network. Consumers can review Deals from the Consumer Interface Facebook login is a system option Consumers can add deals to their MobiWallet and using their phone redeem them in store or print the coupons as required. MobiWallet displays how many deals the consumer has currently saved and their total savings System includes a Buy Now button on all Merchant Deals. The button interacts directly with a merchant s shopping cart allowing consumers to make a purchase instantly via e/m commerce The web version, of the mobile interface, is designed to extend the proximity marketing area, allowing consumers to shop from home, add offers to their Mobile Wallet and redeem then when next out shopping using their phone Consumers are able to Rate and write reviews about products and services merchants provide. The consumer must login or create an account before they write a review. Once subscribed, new merchant deals are posted automatically to the consumer s browser, the link in their browser turns Bold, indicating new deals, and discounts are available. 5 SECURITY Telephone Consumer Protection (TCPA) Compliance CAN-Spam Act 2003 Wi-Fi Interface User Authentication Ad Servicing Child Alert system System automatically and dynamically protects Wi-Fi Network Operators and Advertisers by ensuring your legal compliance with Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) 47 CFR (f)(8), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) 16 C.F.R (b)(1)(iii)(B)(i), and CAN-SPAM Act 47 C.F.R Our opt-in process is fully compliant with the requirements of the CAN Spam Act 2003 and subsequent Amendments. Internally a secure tunnel is created over the wireless which isolates the Wi-Fi Interface from all other networks like LAN and WAN. This tunnel interface sends and receives packets over secure IPsec protocol. All unused Ports are blocked on the Wi-Fi interface Cloud-based networks are connected through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel that requires User device authentication and User verification via a unique token sent via SMS to the User Cloud based ad server secured by 256 Bit Encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Child Alert system, which is basically an Amber Alert, is designed to assist mall operators and parents find lost children. With PS Mobile Child Alert, mall management has the ability to upload a picture and description of the child and immediately push it to every consumer using the Wi-Fi in the mall. Thus, increasing the chances of finding the child faster and before anything may happen. 5
