13 4D Inspector provides Real-time deformation measurements and 3D point clouds visualization. Real-time automatic long term 3D measurements carried on with Faro Focus 3D laser scanner series. Automatically remotely manage all the scanner settings and the scanning agenda. 4 levels of users can access the software. Real-time scan based deformation measurement and manage/send alarms via . 4D Inspector automatically drive both the Gexcel Scan Armor and the Faro Focus 3D using one single LAN connection. All the data can be remotely visualized and all the data are archived in a 3D Digital Archive where the data can be visualized using the JRC 3D Reconstructor engine.

28 Scan Armor and Faro Focus 3D are remotely controlled via a single LAN connection automatically

29 Scan Armor 4D Inspector is usually provided with the Scan Armor option (of course in combination with Faro Focus 3D ). In this way the solution is composed by hardware components and by a software based on JRC 3D Reconstructor engine. The solution has been developed and is available only for Faro Focus 3D laser scanner series. The Scan Armor is a protective enclosure able to protect Faro Focus 3D by dangerous impacts, by high/low temperatures or by any damage in industrial/monitoring application fields. The Scan Armor is made in order to work in indoor sites (industrial plants, construction sites, etc.)
