Distributed across campus every two weeks and with a print run of 5,000, Exeposé gives clients unparalleled exposure to the Exeter student population. Through our digital platforms we will connect you to our diverse, 17,000 strong student population, and at the best value possible. The Students Guild main building Devonshire House also has seven digital screens situated throughout its two main dining areas. The mailer is an ideal opportunity to promote your business or company directly to the inboxes of students you want to target. If you decide to advertise with us in this way, we will mail our students with a click through link which directs them to a page on our website. This will contain your artwork and all the information students need to know about your offer or incentive, including an embedded URL of your choice, which sends them directly to where you want them to go. Situated throughout the Students Guild and University campus, our weather and vandal proof frames (which are able to accommodate A0 and A1 size posters) can offer your company a high level of exposure at great value. We also have two further sites situated on the Queens building underpass where thousands of students walk under each day. We host a wide variety of events, ranging from award ceremonies and live concerts to themed weeks and nationally recognised campaigns, and all of them available to sponsor. This includes the nationally recognised Safer Sex Ball, Diversity Week, and our annual Sabbatical Elections campaign, which has one of the highest levels of student engagement in the country. Societies There are over 190 different societies at Exeter, all looking to work with local businesses to enhance the popular social nights and activities they organise. As these student groups heavily promote themselves throughout the year both on campus and externally, sponsorship of a society can generate great exposure for your business in both the student and local communities. 6 All prices shown are exlcusive of VAT Freshers Our annual Freshers Fair offers an invaluable opportunity to engage with the student market, and with 7,000 new students arriving in Exeter each year, high footfall is guaranteed. From your stall you will be able to hand out freebies, samples and promotional material and ensure that your brand makes a lasting impression. On top of this, we are able to offer media packs for businesses looking specifically to target students during Freshers Week. For more information please see the Freshers Pack on our advertising page. Frinting Exclusive to the University of Exeter, Frinting is an innovative and targeted advertising opportunity. Frinting provides sponsorship opportunities on Business School Lecture hand-outs. This means that your business will have access to students through the documents that they will keep and use again and again throughout the term. What s more, if you choose to Frint with us you will be able to update the artwork of your adverts on up to two occasions, keeping them fresh and on message. Whether you choose to Frint your branding, web address, or a QR code onto a hand-out, students are guaranteed to pay attention to your business and be encouraged to find out more about it online. Frinting is also a great way to reach International students: around 75% of international students studying undergraduate degrees at Exeter are based at the Business School. 7 OUR CLIENTS SAID We have been working with the Guild for many years in order to market and work with Exeter students in all sorts of innovative ways. The service we receive is consistently excellent and the Guild regularly offer us the opportunity to work together on new and different ways to market ourselves to students. On top of our normal advertising work with the Guild, we have had a number of very successful sponsorship projects and mutual beneficial activity take place with the Guild, all of which we will be looking to continue and build on in the future. Endsleigh The Students Guild have put us right where we need to be for our business to grow and make students aware of our services. They understand small businesses and as a Start Up business they have assisted us in getting everything into place. JCS Laptops Stagecoach South West works with the Guild to promote its student only bus ticket, the Unirider. In 2012, we used the Guild s list facility and main website homepage banner to target students before the start of the academic year. This activity, alongside competitive pricing for the annual Unirider, resulted in a significant uplift in sales when compared to previous years. We were delighted with the results and intend to repeat and build on this activity for the start of academic year Stagecoach South West Since becoming a partner with the Students Guild we have seen a substantial increase in business and the support has been impressive Capital Taxis
