25 RMA PROCEDURE AND POLICY 1) Distributor Exchanges are reserved for items that are found to be defective within 30 days of purchase only. The 30-day period will begin the day the end user has possession of the items(s). 2) after 30days, the item will be treated as an RMA repair in which dealer will contact Aristel Directly.
