11 Hiring Process at the JTDC Candidate applies online. Recruiter forwards top resumes to hiring manager for approval or phone to set up a phone interview. Recruiter conducts phone interview and schedules candidates for any necessary testing. Candidates complete testing and are provided AOIC paperwork (if required). Recruiter schedules onsite interviews with the hiring managers. Hiring managers conduct interviews and utilize interview question packets and assessment tools. Hiring managers inform recruiter of selections and submits LEADS & CANTS checks. Recruiter conducts reference checks and verifies AOIC eligibility for candidates who pass LEADS. Recruiter acquires final approval to offer from hiring managers/leadership. Candidates return signed offer letter and fingerprint & ID badge form, and complete medical/fingerprint/id badge appointment and facility tour prior to hire. Personnel file is turned into JTDC Human Resources. On boarding process begins.
