The need for portable buildings vary enormously from site to site and from region to region, however Onsite can supply everything from the smallest ablution block for use on a city building site to mult-istory multi room interlinked offices, or even large open plan complexes. All needs are catered for, and Onsite is not short of rental stock or expertise to make things happen fast. Portable Buildings is one of the specialist product lines that Onsite maintains at all of its hub branches. Site Accomodation Range Includes: General Purpose Buildings Available in standard sizes including, 6x3 and 12x3 these portable buildings cover a wide range of common applications. They they come with a range of internal fitouts including, multiple powerpoints, air conditioning, sinks, benches etc and partitions are optional. Furniture, microwaves, lockers and even notice boards can be supplied. Site & Public Amenities Onsite carries a wide range of portable amenity buildings. From construction sites wanting a single toilet and shower with self contained storage tanks to major mining or construction complexes requiring 12 or more plumbed in toilets Onsite can assist with fully configured units. Standard portable building sizes are catered for. Specialist Function Onsite maintains a fleet of specialist buildings pre-configured for commonly requested specific purposes. These include: Security offices, First Aid, Tool stores, Ticketing booths, Plan viewing rooms, Lunch rooms, Shower blocks, and Ablution blocks. Event Buildings Onsite has extensive experience in Event infrastructure. As such it has buildings specific to the event industry such as ticketing booths, ultra clean or new customer services offices, and security booths. It will work with event organisers or councils to provide on time, on budget and with the minimum of site impact. Portable Complexes Open Plan & Multi-room Onsite maintains a stock of open sided buildings with bolt together functionality. These allow the construction of open plan or mukti room complexes that can be partitioned to suit specific locations and applications. Widely used on large construction sites and in mining centres these can be heavilly anchored to be cyclone resistant, or lightly installed on blocks for quick removal

5 Additional Information Site set up and Cylcone Proofing Onsite has a range of foundation options available from simple skids, to concrete blocks, piles, or engineered multi storey steel frames for additional height. Cyclone approved anchors are also available which are embedded in the ground and linked by steel cable. The sub floor area and surrounding areas can be prepared with hard fill and compacted on site. Connection to Services All Onsite buildings including ammenitiy buildings come with readily accessable external connection points for local services. Waste water - sewer connections, and grey water waste pipes are provided for taking waste away. Utility connection is via approved connection points. External Storage Tanks For circumstances where services are not readily available Onsite has self containment waste tanks and can supply generators for external power. Entanceways/Site Protection Specific health and safety requirements for raised or exposed entries are supplied from stock or built to order. Items such as small entance steps, steps with hand rails, mobility ramps and worker protection such as railing around exits are all available by request. Weather Protection All portable complexes can be enhanced with protection from the elements. Onsite will build to order covered walkways, covered service or external workers areas, and storage areas.
