1 NATIVE AMERICAN PARENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER - NAPTAC NAPTAC The Native American Parent Technical Assistance Center provides Technical Assistance to OSEP funded parent centers across the United States who serve Native American families of children and youth with disabilities. NAPTAC provides three levels of Technical Assistance: Universal, Targeted and Intensive. The North American Indian Center of Boston (NAICOB) assist Native Americans by providing job training and education. It is a resource center for housing, health and social services and other related programs. Greater Lowell Indian Cultural Association (GLICA) P.O. GLICA is composed of many different tribes of people from various Indian Nations.
