1 Nomination Deadline: July 7, 2014 The NAPABA Law Firm Diversity Award honors law firms that actively, affirmatively, consistently, and enthusiastically recruit, retain, and promote APA lawyers to equity partnership and firm leadership. It celebrates law firm successes in recognizing the potential, supporting the promise, and raising the influence of APA lawyers. This form and supplemental materials must be received electronically by NAPABA to Abinnet Berhanu at by July 7, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. ET. All submissions will be acknowledged with a reply. Late entries shall not be accepted and incomplete nominations will not be considered. Supplemental materials include any materials that may be useful to the awards committee in evaluating whether the nominee meets the selection criteria. Examples of supplemental materials include lists of APA lawyers who serve on the firm s management committee, copies of firm policies regarding the mentorship of the firm s APA lawyers, and summaries of the firm s participation in programs to increase diversity and inclusion in the legal profession as it relates to APAs. Supplemental materials should be provided in pdf format. Depending on the size of nominations package materials, nominees may be requested to provide multiple hard copies of the nominations materials to the Awards Committee.
