11 Online Banking Bill Pay Mobile Banking Beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8th, 2015, your CBB Online Banking will be available in inquiry only mode. Action: Please note that scheduled internal transfers will not convert over. You will have the ability to set these up in your new CSB Online Banking upon the transition. Action: Please note that account nicknames will not convert. You will have the ability to set up new nicknames in your new CSB Online Banking upon the transition. The online banking transition will be completed by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11th, You will be able to access your new online banking at mycsbonline.com at that time. Although it will have a different look and feel, you will still be able to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and more. Plus, you can continue to link information to your personal software like Intuit Quicken and QuickBooks. Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4th, 2015, your CBB Bill Pay will be available in inquiry only mode. As we near the transition weekend, please visit communityplusbanking.com for any updates to the process and the next steps for setting up your personal online bill pay service. Prepare in advance by taking these steps: Actions: Schedule, edit or delete any bill payments through CBB s bill pay system by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4th, All payments with a deliver by date of May 4th May 8th will process though CBB s bill pay system. Payments thereafter will process through CSB s bill pay system. Please review for accuracy as the payment deliver by date may change. Actions: Print a list of Scheduled Payments. These are payments that are scheduled either as a single or recurring payment prior to the transition. Action: Download Bill Pay History. Review all bill payments to determine if alternative payments are needed during or after transition period. Along with your new CSB online banking, you will also have access to free Mobile, Text and Web Banking from the convenience of your mobile device. This includes the ability to access accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, purchase rewards and more. To get started you must first sign into online banking at then download the CSB mobile banking app. Action: Your new CSB Mobile Banking will be available at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11th, Sign into online banking at then install the CSB mobile banking app by downloading in GooglePlay or the Apple Store. You are ready to log in to mobile banking using the same credentials as online banking. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience during the transition. 18 Loans, Lines of Credit & Mortgages If you have a Loan, Line of Credit or Mortgage with Community Business Bank, the terms will remain the same subject to your current loan documentation. Your loan account number(s) will not change unless noted in your Account Relationship Overview on page 3 of the Welcome Letter. You should review the payment options below to ensure your payment schedule is not interrupted. Loan Payment Options Auto Debit - If your CBB deposit account is being drafted for your CBB loan payment, you do not need to make any changes. Your deposit account will continue to be drafted in the same manner in order to make that payment. ACH (Automated Payments or Deposits) - If you have a deposit account at another financial institution that is debited for your CBB loan payment via ACH (and it is being initiated by CBB) you will not need to make any changes. Action: If you have an ACH that is being initiated by another financial institution with payments being sent to CBB, you will need to contact that financial institution to update your loan number and routing number ( ), with an effective date of Friday, May 8th, Online Banking Bill Pay - Action: If you are using bill pay at another financial institution, you will need to update your payee, account number, and mailing address in those records. Mailing Your Payment - If you are not setup for automated loan payments and you need to mail your payment, continue to use the same address until May 8th, After Friday, May 8th, 2015, send payments to the following address and reference your new loan number: Community & Southern Bank PO Box 280 Carrollton, GA Coupon Book or Billing Notices - If you currently make your loan payments using a coupon book and if your loan account number changes, a new coupon book will be mailed to you following the conversion weekend. If you receive periodic statements or billing notices, you will continue to receive them without interruption. 17

19 Certificates of Deposit (CDs) & Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) The term of your CD and/or IRA rates will not change until the certificates reach maturity. Prior to maturity, as is our standard practice, we will inform you of any potential changes to the rate, term, or if/how the account will roll over at maturity. If you have interest from your CD(s) or IRA(s) automatically deposited into your checking or savings account or sent directly to you by check this will continue without interruption. Deposit Statements At transition you will be mailed a statement from CBB for each account for the period between the end of your last statement cycle and Friday, May 8th, Your new CSB statement will have a slightly different format. A separate, easy-to-follow monthly statement for each checking account will be mailed to your address on file unless you have chosen to receive your statements electronically. Savings statements are sent quarterly unless there has been electronic activity, in which case the statement will be sent monthly. Overdraft Protection If you have overdraft protection for your checking account set up to transfer from another CBB deposit account or line of credit, it will continue without interruption. CSB also offers Bounce Protection, a courtesy overdraft program that pays overdrafts up to a dollar limit based on your product type. Please review the account transition chart to ensure you understand the Bounce Protection program benefits, qualifications, and limits. You will be notified separately from this document when you become eligible to participate in the Bounce Protection service. 18

20 24 Hour Banking On Monday, May 11th, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., your new 24-hour automated telephone banking service will be available to you. The phone number to call is You will be able to check balances, review transaction history, transfer funds and verify checks all from your phone. The first time you call, you will be guided through the easy enrollment process. The initial PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be set to the last four digits of the primary account holder s social security number. Reporting a Lost or Stolen Debit or ATM Card Upon using your new CSB Debit or ATM card, the telephone number to report a lost or stolen debit card will change to

21 FDIC Coverage When two or more insured banks merge, deposits from the acquired bank (CBB) are separately insured from deposits at the acquiring bank (CSB), for at least six months after the merger. This grace period gives you the opportunity to discuss coverages of your accounts with your new CSB banker. Deposit Agreements Our transition requires us to have a common agreement enabling the Bank to provide you products and services. The Laws and Regulations governing deposit accounts and disclosures and any other brochures from CBB will be superseded by CSB s Deposit Account Information Truth-In-Savings Disclosure, and other documents that pertain to your account(s). Action: We encourage you to review the enclosed information in its entirety, so you understand the respective rights and obligations regarding your accounts. Truth-In Savings Agreements The agreements and disclosures for all CSB deposit accounts are enclosed. Not all will pertain to your new CSB account(s). Among these, you will find details regarding the features, benefits and requirements of your new CSB account(s).
