2 CAREERS EMPLOYABILITY AWARD moodle.htm A few hours spent getting this award can transform your chances of getting a graduate job. It will greatly improve your job hunting skills and give you strategies to make appropriate career choices. It is all done on Moodle and consists of quizzes and assignments. On completion you receive a certificate which you can mention on your CV, and 40 Employability Points.. I had a very successful interview largely because I put the advice on the module into practice! It really blew my mind with some ideas I ve never known before, such as portfolio working and working from home. I never thought about obtaining happiness from my work before. It has made me feel a lot more confident when it comes to applications and interviews in the future and has also made me think about skills I have that I didn't think I had before. The Module presents to you the most important considerations when looking to be successful. It would be mad to apply for a job or attend an interview without doing it! It was so easy, quick and I learned a lot. The amount of time put into this is astounding! I actually spoke to friends from other universities who said they wished they had something like this. Also see the University Employability pages I was recently at a networking dinner with law students and city lawyers in London. I was very impressed to hear that they were very familiar with the Kent Careers Service website, citing things like psychometric tests and sample interview questions as invaluable sources as part of their job hunting process.

Medway Campus We are based in room G0-05 in the Gillingham Building. You are welcome to browse the resources between 9.00am and 9.00pm during term-time (9.00am 5.00pm in vacations).
