Must be knowledgeable of the principles of exercising independent judgment, as well as have a high level of analytical skill in solving complex and unusual managerial and administrative issues. Provides overall direction of program activities. Oversees program development, contracts, funds, and resources. Operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and company business and policy directives. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, firing, salary, and performance management. Masters Degree in Computer Science, a Related Technical Field, or a combination of a Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent training/practical experience.
