20 Getting the Most from Your Experience Gift Vouchers Vouchers specifying Treatments or Retreats may be reverted to the purchased dollar value & redeemed on any treatments or products on the menu. Arrival To enjoy the full experience without limiting your treatment time, please arrive at least 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a consultation form & change into the robe & slippers we provide, then relax with a herbal tea. As a courtesy to all our guests our treatments are completed as scheduled. To respect everyone s Spa experience, we ask that you please keep noise levels to a minimum and switch off your mobile phone before entering the Dome Spa Retreat. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to changes or cancellations within this time. No show appointments are charged at the full price of the booking.
