How to determine if this hotfix is installed To determine if the update is installed: 1 On the computer running the Defender Management Portal, open the list of installed programs and updates (appwiz.cpl). 2 Under Tasks, click View installed updates. 3 Inspect the list of installed programs and updates. When this hotfix is installed, the following item is present in the list: Defender : SOL under Defender How to remove this hotfix To remove the update: 1 On the computer running the Defender Management Portal, open the list of installed programs and updates (appwiz.cpl). 2 Under Tasks, click View installed updates. 3 In the list of installed programs and updates, click to select the hotfix entry Defender : SOL under Defender 5.8.1, and then click Uninstall.
