28 Dispute Tracking System Review

29 Reg E Dispute Tracking To enter a new dispute, search on the account number, name or ssn to find the account.

30 Reg E Dispute Tracking Once the account is selected, all electronic transactions for the last 90 days (for the account) are displayed. Click Create Dispute for the transaction in question.

31 Reg E Dispute Tracking The dispute form is pre-filled. Select a reason and enter relevant notes.

32 Reg E Dispute Tracking The proper dispute form is displayed. The CSR must add the necessary data to the form. A PDF version is auto attached to the dispute record.

33 Reg E Dispute Tracking All disputes entered by CSR s must be reviewed in the back office via the Dispute Processing Queue. Once reviewed, the form is printed and faxed to the card processor. Customer letters are produced at the end of the day and the clock starts for the resolution timeline (i.e. 45 days, 90 days).
