Some are utilizing a table top display. We ask that you do not ship a full booth due to the size of the space allotted. 2 SECURITY Notwithstanding our precautions, for security and safety it is recommended that exhibitors mark tool kits, hand tools and all light and portable objects for clear identification. Exhibitors are responsible for their own property and show management will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. The exhibit hall room will be locked at 6 p.m. on Tuesday. CLE PASSES Each vendor is allowed complimentary CLE conference passes (a $30 value for each) for their clients. The passes provide unlimited access to the event (admission to the CLE conferences, food and exhibition). If you would like take advantage of this service with a personal letter sent to your clients (reinforcing the request to visit your booth), contact Anna Burciaga at aburciaga@texaslawyer.com. Deadline for this service is September 26 and is limited to 500 contacts. Mailing list must be furnished via e mail in Excel. EXHIBITOR BADGES Send your badge request by e mail or fax back the enclosed form by September 28. Badges will be available on October 4 during set up times and also the morning of the event. RULES & REGULATIONS FOR EXHIBITING Management reserves the right to expel, decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of any exhibit that, in their opinion, is not suitable or not in accordance with the ethics of the legal profession or that does not comply with the rules established for the exhibition. 1. Vendors and their guests are prohibited from nailing, materials to the ceilings, walls, floors, or furnishings inside exhibit area. You may bring long fabric pins to hold light weight material onto the fabric walls. 2. All demonstrations or other promotional activities must be confined within the limits of the exhibition table. 3. No live microphones, or loudspeaker equipment will be permitted at your table. Laptop presentations may be utilized as long as they do not disturb or in any way obstruct or violate surrounding booths. Management reserves the right to restrict exhibits that, because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason, become objectionable. In the event of such restriction or eviction, the Management is not liable for any refund of rentals or any other exhibit expenses or for any other damages the Exhibitor may suffer. 4.
