2 Certificate 3 Guarantee The Queensland Government has introduced the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program with the objective of providing funded qualifications which lead to job outcomes or career progression. Are you eligible to participate? If you answer yes to all the questions below you are eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee incentive. Are you a Queensland resident? Are you 15 years of age or older? Are you an Australian citizen or permanent resident? Are you not holding or currently undertaking a Certificate III level qualification or above since leaving school? Have you finished secondary school or no longer at school? A participant can be unemployed and seeking work, or working on a full time, part time or casual basis. Delivery mode options Classroom based delivery Recognition of prior learning online (fast track!) FUNDED BY THE Queensland Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) COST TO YOU Concessional student fee = $29 Non-concessional student fee = $59 Concessional participants are defined as follows: The participant holds a health care concession card or pensioner concession card or is the partner or dependant of a person who holds one of these cards The participant can provide an official form confirming that they or their partner are entitled to the concession The participant is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin Note: Only 1 Certificate 3 Guarantee program is available for each eligible student.
