26 Managers say. The Value. Even though I have not had to use this process often, I think it s a positive. It feels like safety is everyone s responsibility. From the conversations I have had with my executive, it allows me to go over the incident and say what my suggestions are for corrective actions, and get instant feedback. I have gotten other suggestions that I may not have thought of the input is very helpful.
