The student will be able to: Demonstrate the ability to identify children s needs, interests, and abilities Explain ways to develop program philosophies, goals, and objectives Assist with planning, preparing, and implementing daily activities and routines Develop or analyze math, science, social studies, language, emergent reading and writing, storytelling, creative arts, current events, intergenerational concepts, multiculturalism, parental involvement, safety, physical fitness, and nutrition education activities, which are developmentally appropriate IMPLEMENT AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CONDUCIVE TO LANGUAGE USE AND ACQUISITION.
