Dr Jérôme Guillet Green Giraffe Energy Bankers Hem is a Managing Director of GGEB, a financial advisory firm created in early 2010 and focused on renewable energy. He has more than 15 years experience in the energy project finance industry, with a strong focus on offshore wind since Under his leadership, GGEB helped close large nonrecourse financings for the C-Power, Meerwind, Northwind and Walney projects over. Ketil Arversen Fred Olsen M&A, sale & purchase of assets and investment strategies for Fred Olsen group. Ketil was responsible for the strategy document and steering the group s initial investment of USD 320 million (2 large installation ships) in renewable energy field as well as acquisitions of complementary companies, like Global Wind Service (GWS). He has been part in building up the organization and sits on the Board of some of the subsidiaries. He has participated in the bid processes for negotiating offshore wind contracts and followed closely the company s first implementation of offshore wind projects; Riffgate, BARD Offshore, O&M projects for Siemens and lately installing the demonstration project for Alstom in the Bellwind OWP.
