1 NAUČNOM VEĆU MEDICINSKOG FAKULTETA UNIVERZITETA U BEOGRADU Naučno veće Medicinskog fakulteta u Beogradu na svojoj sednici održanoj godine odredilo je Komisiju za utvrđivanje ispunjenosti uslova za izbor u naučno zvanje, u sledećem sastavu: 1. Prof. dr Ljubiša Nikolić Stomatološki fakultet Beograd Komisija je razmotrila prijavu kandidata dr sci. med. Mirka Jankova, iz LaserFocus-a Centra za mikrohirugiju oka, za izbor u naučnoistraživacko zvanje viši naučni saradnik za oblast oftalmologija i na osnovu priložene dokumentacije podnosi Naučnom veću sledeći IZVEŠTAJ BIOGRAFSKI PODACI Rođen 28. jula u Beogradu, Srbiji. Diplomirao je na Medicinskom fakultetu u Beogradu godine sa prosečnom ocenom Specijalizaciju iz oftalmologije započeo je a završio godine na Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo u Brazilu, koja je nostrifikovana od strane Univerziteta u Beogradu godine. Posle zavšrene specijalizacije, dr Mirko Jankov se stručno usavršavao preko kliničkog, hirurškog i istraživačkog Fellowship-a u nekoliko oblasti. Od godine iz oblasti prednjeg segmenta i spoljnih bolesti oka na Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo u Brazilu, tokom godine iz oblasti refraktivne hirurgije, kliničke optike i primene lasera u oftalmologiji kod prof. Dr.Dr. Theo Seiler (Augenklinik Universitätsspital Zürich, Švajcarska) a od godine iz oblasti refraktivne hirurgije kod prof. Dr.Dr. Ioannis Pallikaris (VEIC, University of Crete, Grčka). Od godine dr Mirko Jankov je bio glavni hirurug refraktivne hirurgije i prednjeg segmenta oka u Miloš Klinici Specijalnoj bolnici iz oftalmologije, u Beogradu, a od kao osnivač i glavni hirurug refraktivne hirurgije i prednjeg segmenta radi u LaserFocus-u Centru za mikrohirurgiju oka, u Beogradu, Srbija. Istovremeno od je obavljao posao kliničkog i naučnog konsultant za lasersku firmu WaveLight Laser Technologie, Nemačka. Doktorsku tezu pod nazivom "Efekat akomodacije na sfernu aberaciju i njena klinička interpretacija" odbranio je godine na Odeljenju za bioinženjering Universidade Federal de São Paulo u Brazilu, a nostrifikovao na Univerzitetu u Beogradu godine. 1

Odbranjena doktorska teza Efekat akomodacije na sfernu aberaciju i njena klinička. interpretacija" ANALIZA RADOVA Svi priloženi radovi i poglavlja u knjigama dr Jankova su publikovani u periodu Oni su odraz naučnog interesovanja dr Jankova i odnose se na oblast prednjeg segmenta oka, i to hirurško lečenje refraktivnih mana oka i bolesti rožnjače. Iz oblasti refraktivne hirurgije ističu se početni radovi godine na merenju i analizi optičkih anomalija (aberacija) oka tehnologijom talasnih frontova, kao i tehničih aspekata centracije laserskih tretmana kod excimer laser fotoablacije i samih ablacionih profila. U naredne tri godine dr Jankov se posvetio poboljšanjima hirurških tehnika LASIK kroz evaluaciju rezultata sa raznim debljinama lapni, adaptacijom postoperativnih medikamentnoznih protokola, kao i rezultatima lečenja kompleksnih slučajeva izrazito deformisanih rožnjača novim ablacionim profilima vodjenih topografijom ili asfericitetom rožnjače. Paralelno sa bavljenjem sa oblašću refraktivne hirurgije, od 2008.godine dr Jankov se posvetio tehnikama lečenje keratokonusa, distrofije rožnječe. Najveći akcenat je stavljen na analizu rezultata primene metode učvršćivanja kolagena rožnjače umrežavanjem (corneal collagen cross-linking), kao i primene implantacije intrakornealnih prstenova, te kombinacije oba metoda. Pravila procena izolovanih i združenih rezultata ove dve tehnike ponaosob i zajedno, kao i njihove tehničke modifikacije, bile su predmet radova i poglavlja u knjigama. Posebno je značajno istaći da dr Jankov u svojim istraživanjima primenjuje visoku tehnologiju u oftalmologiji, te ispituje rezultate postojeće tehnologije sa ciljem stalnog poboljšanja njene efikasnosti, smanjenja komplikacija i povećanja stepena uspeha metoda, pojedinačno ili u kombinaciji sa drugim metodama lečenjaiz navedene tabele dalje u tekstu može se videti da je kandidat u potpunosti ispunio kvantitavine i kvalitativne zahteve za sticanje zvanja viši naučni saradnik, odnosno da ima mnogostruko više poena od minimalno potrebnog za dato zvanje. 11

12 CITIRANOST Ukupna citiranost svih radova dr Jankova je 179 puta prema indeksnim bazama SCOPUS I WOS-u bez autocitata. ELEMENTI ZA KVALITATIVNU OCENU NAUČNOG DOPRINOSA Dr Mirko Jankov je održao 25 predavanja po pozivu koja su prikazana u spisku publikacija. U dokumentaciji su priložena pozivna pisma. Dr Mirko Jankov je član American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) i American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) i International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS). Redovan je član Brazilian Laser Ophthalmic Surgery Society (BLOSS), Conselho Brasileiro de Oftalmologia (CBO), kao i Društva oftalmologa Srbije (DOS) i Srpskog Društva Hirurga Katarakte i Refratkive Hirurgije (SSCRS). Dr Mirko Jankov je recenzent za veliki broj medjunarodnih oftalmoloških časopisa: American Journal of Ophthalmology, Arquivos Brasileiros de Oftalmologia, British Journal of Ophthalmology, Current Eye Research, Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Journal of Refractive Surgery, Middle East African Journal of Ophthalmology i Ophthalmology. U periodu od do godine, dr Mirko Jankov je najpre angažovan kao spoljni saradnik NanoLab na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, da bi potom bio i rukovodilac teme "Karakterizacija rožnjače oka kod zečeva pomoću AFM" u okviru projekta TR19056 Ministarstva za nauku i razvoj SR Srbije. Dr Jankov aktivno saradjuje sa Universidade Federal de Sao Paulo u Brazilu, kao i sa Oftalmed Clínica e microcirurgia ocular iz Brazilije u Brazilu na nivou diskusije slučajeva, razmeni lekara i sestara, kao i zajedničke izgradnje prokola za lečenje kompleksnih slučajeva. O tome da je prenos znanja i veština bitna stavka u radu dr Jankova govore i organizovani i održani stručni sastanci, seminari i kursevi sa učešćem lekara i naučnika iz zemlje i inostranstva, a koji su i akreditovani od strane Zdravstvenog saveta Ministarstva Zdravlja i Lekarske komore Srbije 12

Posle završene specijalizacije od godine bio predavač na Bazičnom kursu za specijalizante oftalmologije na Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo. Od godine dr Mirko Jankov je bio predavač na Minifellowship of Refractive Surgery, University of Crete, Grčka, a zatim i od godine na Mini-fellowship of Refractive Surgery, IROC, Švajcarska. Najzad od godine bio je gostujući predavač na Osnovama biomedicinskog inženjerstava na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. 13

14 ZAKLJUČAK S PREDLOGOM Dr Mirko Jankov je na osnovu prilozenih rezultata pokazao interesovanje i sposobnost za naučnoistraživački rad, kako u oblasti refraktivne hirurgije oka, tako i bolesti rožnjače keratokonusu. Afirmisao se u stručnoj i naučnoj javnosti kao istaknuti istraživač iz navedenih oblasti sa posebnom sklonošću ka multidisciplinarnom radu i integrativnom pristupu problemima. Pored toga, dr Jankov ispoljava smisao za timski rad, uz spremnost da svoja znaja prenosi mladjim kolegama. Na osnovu kvaliteta objavljenih radova, njihove citiranosti i sposobnosti kandidata u rukovodjenju naučnoistraživačkim radom, smatramo da dr sc med dr Mirko Jankov, specijalista oftalmologije, ispunjava sve uslove predvidjene Zakonom o naučnoistraživačkoj delatnosti (Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije br. 110/05 i 50/06- ispravka) i Pravilnika o postupku načina vrednovanja i kvantitativnog iskazivanja naučnoistraživačkih rezultata istraživanja (Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije br. 38/08) za izbor u zvanje viši naučni saradnik. Predlažemo Naučnom veću Medicinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu da potvrdi ispunjenost uslova kandidata za izbor u navedeno zvanje.
