1 Our team love WordPress and your Non Profit Organisation will too! We build all our websites using this awesome Content Management System. It is not only flexible, but our clients benefit from learning how to maintain their website in-house saving them hundreds of dollars a year in maintenance fees. To get started, please fill out our Questionnaire. This will help us understand the type of website you require and the features. (ie. facebook page, need foster carer graphic etc.) It is very helpful if you can provide links to some sites that you like. They don t necessarily have to be sites in your industry just sites that you like for the design, look and feel, or navigation style. 6 Traffic Analysis & Reporting Do you currently track and analyze your site s traffic? Yes No If yes, which analytics program do you use? If no, would you like the ability to record and analyze visitor traffic and behavior? Plugins & Features For non-profit organisations that rehome animals, we can install the Shelter Manager plugin for you so you can add and maintain profiles for pets needing homes. Other plugins we install include: WP Backup (to ensure your website is retrievable if it goes down due to hacking or other unforeseen problems) Encoder Bundle (so you can list your address on your website and avoid spam s) Facebook Fan Widget (promote your Facebook fan page and ask website visitors to join your page) Is there any other information you would like to provide that will help us design your website? Please Note: Some services may be limited. To keep our services free, and whilst we are pretty competent in building WordPress websites, we cannot provide any sophisticated services that may be carried out by a programmer or developer (as currently we do not have a programmer/developer on our team, able to provide services for free).
