We accept payment by cheque, direct credit or selected credit/debit cards. Cancellations All cancellations and training transfer requests must be made in writing to Mindsport Ltd, either by writing to enquiries@mindsportlive.com or to Mindsport Ltd, The Watershed, E Media Centre, 1 Canons Rd, Bristol, BS5 1TX. Candidates wishing to cancel their booking fee will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25 percent of the training cost. Transfers Transferring to a different Mindsport course is free of charge, as long as 30 days are left before the start of the initial booking made. Otherwise 20% of the initial training fee is payable. Non-Attendance Should the candidate fail to attend either Mindsport Level 1 or Mindsport Level 2 the full certificate fee is payable. Course Administration: Confirmation of your booking A confirmation letter and a receipt of your booking will be sent out to you within five working days after your place has been booked. Contact the team on if you fail to receive your booking receipt/invoice. Mindsport Questionnaire All candidates will be given a preliminary questionnaire to fill in once the booking has been made. This will allow the Mindsport trainer to consider the professional background of each candidate. Mindsport Ltd cancellation rights We hold the right to cancel training programmes, or offer an alternative date if the candidate numbers are below a certain number for a particular course. Full refunds will be given if a cancellation is made by Mindsport Ltd. 12
