Betweenness The importance of a unit within the community - Betweenness shows a unit s visibility within the communication infrastructure relative to other units. This allows you to have more than just a hypothesis that a specific work situation will be beneficial; it provides evidence to support thought processes and decision-making. Giving a user the ability to explore what if scenarios allows them to be their own consultant. You can also discover a community that may have otherwise been unknown. The Communities Report is an amalgam of number of communication transactions between units, traffic ratio between two units compared to all units, and the traffic of a single unit.
