2 2 Background Survey designed by Benfield and CPH Health Fielded by CPH Health for approximately four weeks 44 Respondents Benfield ran similar survey of US about 27 employers with Brazil Operations (some findings included) Benfield regularly surveys US over 110 jumbo employers about health management strategies and tactics.
